This chandelier is a copy of a model present at the Hermitage Palace in Saint Petersburg.
Its large number of light and the fineness of its carved ornaments make it an exceptional piece.
On a cup-shaped base with antique motifs, flake up to the top of the chandelier laurel garlands, ending by garlands of small drooping fins.
Two bronze crowns enclosing this structure to carry the 112 arms of light.
On the first crown, candles are placed directly on cone cups.
There are also horns arms, decorated with oak leaves, which carry a flat cup on which a chandelier and two candle sleeves offer three lights.
Finally, on the upper crown, arms decorated with serpentine motifs bear candle sleeves in the shape of flowers.
The set, thanks to the alternation of curves and rectilinear movements, offers a balanced composition, rich in details.
